These small anonymous portraits are displayed outside and inside ajar wooden boxes. Their scale and proportion evoke mobile phone screens. Its outer image, framed within a circle, is typical of messaging profile avatars. Its inner image depicts a selfie that was sent as a message to the author. Upon opening a box, we recall that private reveal, accessing the intimate world of the artist.

Stamped on cotton paper with sunfast mineral pigments ink under Digigraphie® lab standards and printed only a single time, these art prints are as unique as an antique canvas, made to last for centuries.

These mixed media illustrations were created to be printed alongside poetry in the book "Transbordo. Poemas del metro de Barcelona" by Jorge Díaz Martínez. They reference each a different poem. This book was first published by Ed. La Garúa in 2012.
